Welcome to Assemblies 2 InspireOur assemblies engage the children with humour and pathos. Using music and powerful images, we provide a catalyst for thought and discussion. Each assembly is created by a team over a week's deliberation with help from experts. We cover a wide range of festive occasions, awareness days, and health-promotion and citizenship issues. We also address learning to learn skills (memory techniques, learning styles and emotional intelligence) and moral, social and spiritual matters. The CD’s come with a full site license entitling the school to make additional copies (for use within school only) or to use on a school network, at no additional cost. This gives them a unique multi-classroom or hall assembly purpose. We believe personal, moral and social development to be at the heart of school’s central role in learning. Our aim is to offer a resource that will engage the children. Our presentations are designed to relieve the pressure from pastoral heads, leadership teams and RE or citizenship middle leaders. They have been created and evaluated over two years in hundreds of primary, secondary and special schools across the UK in around fifty local authorities. Best suited to children between the ages of 9 and 16, each assembly comes with music, optional scripted commentary and prayer, further music guidance and detailed list of national curriculum objectives that are met.
